Allison Payne is a proud Wakka Wakka and Mandandanji woman based in the Ipswich region and the founder of Payne Heritage Pty Ltd.

With strong cultural foundations and extensive experience across community services, education, and support work, Allison is passionate about helping organisations and communities build culturally safe, inclusive, and respectful environments.

Through Payne Heritage, Allison leads the delivery of a range of services, including NDIS supports, cleaning and household assistance, cultural facilitation training, education programs, and community workshops. The organisation is also expanding into specialised programs focused on Domestic and Family Violence, Justice, Child Safety, and Education.

As a proudly First Nations-owned business, Payne Heritage welcomes people from all cultures and backgrounds. Allison believes that meaningful understanding begins with open conversations, shared learning, and genuine connection.
